A team from ICOACHKIDS co-delivered the training of the first ever Latin American and Caribbean Coach Developer Cohort in Nicaragua.
Sergio Lara-Bercial and Guillermo Calvo were joined by Paulina Fritz and Theren Bullock Junior of the FIBA Foundation to deliver a fully immersive reality-based learning programme over 4 days. The programme culminated with delegates delivering a Basketball for Good Jamboree to 60 Nicaraguan Children.
Following this programme of learning, the coach developers and multipliers now head back to their respective countries to train even more coaches in the Basketball for Good methodology.
