ICOACHKIDS is proud to have contributed to FIFA’s recent Talent Coach Workshop in Zurich, Switzerland, delivering a dedicated session on Player-Centred Coaching and Safeguarding in Talent Development.
The session, led by Gary Hodgson and Sheelagh Quinn, formed part of a wider package of learning resources co-developed with FIFA, including both online and face-to-face courses focused on supporting coaches working with young players in talent pathways.
The workshop provided a valuable platform to share insights, strengthen safeguarding awareness, and promote coaching approaches that put the holistic development of young athletes first.
