About ICOACHKIDS

If you're looking to find out who we are, what we offer and how we work, this is the right spot. Have a look at our FAQs below and you can get a feel for what we're all about.

ICOACHKIDS is a global movement with a vision of a world where EVERY child has access to positive sport experiences that foster a love for sport, play and physical activity. It’s our mission to promote sport policy, education and practice that PUTS KIDS FIRST. Our online platform gives youth sport coaches access to all the tools, resources and support they need to drive this mission across the world.
The ICOACHKIDS Pledge consists of 10 Golden Principles designed to help coaches deliver positive, child-centred sport experiences that prioritise fun, inclusion and lifelong engagement in physical activity.
ICOACHKIDS collaborates with universities, sport federations and organisations across the world to expand its reach and impact, including partnerships aimed at policy, education and coach development.
Child-centred coaching focuses on each child’s needs, interests and development, helping them enjoy sport, build confidence and stay active for life – rather than just focusing on competition or performance.

Course Format & Learning

ICOACHKIDS offers: coaching courses, coaching videos and articles, infographics and session plans, practical coaching hacks and tools, guides on inclusion, safety and foundational skills, you can also save resources to your personal library for later use.
The platform is free and open to all youth sport coaches worldwide. Whether you're a volunteer coach, parent, mentor, or club leader, you can register and access resources to improve your coaching skills.
Registration and access to ICOACHKIDS resources are completely free for all users.
The platform provides guidance on making sessions accessible for all children, regardless of ability or background, helping coaches foster inclusive and welcoming environments.

ICOACHKIDS provides extensive free learning materials and workshops focused on improving coaching practice. Our e-learning courses include certification through badges upon completion. In some regions and through partners, structured learning and badges may be available to recognise coach development.
