ICOACHKIDS was delighted to take part in the recent Swim Ulster Coaching Conference, where coaches and practitioners from across the swimming community came together to share ideas and learn from one another.

During the event, Dr. Gary Hodgson, Secretary of the ICOACHKIDS Global Movement Committee, had the opportunity to present some of the organisation’s work focused on developing child-centred coaching environments and supporting coaches to create positive sport experiences for young people. The conference also provided a valuable platform to connect with a wide range of passionate and inquisitive coaches who are doing excellent work within swimming.

ICOACHKIDS would like to extend a sincere thank you to Swim Ulster for the invitation and for hosting such a welcoming and engaging event. Special thanks go to Steven McQuillan, Ruth McQuillan, Mark Stoops and Mark Craig for their warm hospitality.

We look forward to building on these conversations and exploring future opportunities to collaborate in supporting coaches and young swimmers.
