According to Dr. Pill, the key to long-term participation and development lies in creating environments where children feel valued, challenged, and supported. 

 

Moving Beyond the Drill 

One of the central themes of the conversation is the need to move beyond repetitive, coach-led drills and towards more dynamic, game-based learning. Dr. Pill advocates for approaches that allow children to explore, make decisions, and solve problems in real-time.
